2. Products
We sell tattoo aftercare products through our online shop. All products are cosmetic creams intended for external use on healthy skin.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, and images accurately. Minor variations in product appearance between batches may occur.
3. Ordering
When you place an order on darumatattoo.shop, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock issue, in which case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Sweden and other EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may apply to certain orders as stated on the product page.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Our products are cosmetic creams. Once the product has been opened or used, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@darumatattoo.shop before the 14-day period expires. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on darumatattoo.shop — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Daruma Tattoo AB and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Daruma Tattoo AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with the District Court of Gothenburg (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
