We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on darumatattoo.shop.

2. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish law.
To start a return, email us at info@darumatattoo.shop within the 14-day window. Include your order number and we will send you return instructions.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Because our products are cosmetic creams, the following applies:
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies under EU consumer law.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at info@darumatattoo.shop.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@darumatattoo.shop with your order number and a photo if possible. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen) you have a 3-year right to complain about defective goods.
7. Wholesale Orders
For studio wholesale orders (30-unit bundles), the same policy applies. If you have received a faulty batch or incorrect order, contact us directly at info@darumatattoo.shop and we will resolve it promptly.
